Shahilla Barok is a well-respected and highly regarded trainer with over 20 years of experience in developing people. Having previously delivered Diplomas in childcare and supporting families, parents and professionals, her work aims to improve outcomes for children and society as a whole.

Her work comprises coaching and NLP for individuals, businesses, professionals in organisations; also developing and delivering training to professionals in a number of London local authorities and to embassy staff.
