With over 20 years of experience in the social work sector, Jennifer has held various key roles:
Jennifer’s extensive background includes practice education, facilitation, and management.

Jennifer was previous Chair of the British Association of Social Workers: with her leadership and advocacy making a significant impact.
As co-director of Social Works Limited, Jennifer collaborates with local authorities, voluntary organisations, and the Skills for Care. Their focus is on workforce development and adult protection issues.

Jennifer has extensive experience in the area of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
Jennifer specialises in working with individuals affected by dementia, understanding their unique care needs, and providing essential training for those who support them.
Jennifer is training to be a Best Interest Assessor.

James Blewett

James Blewett

James is an experienced qualified social worker who has vast experience in CPD and practice mentoring. James has run London Making Research Count (MRC), which is part of a Social Work research unit at Kings College London, for over 20 years and is widely respected in the London social work workforce sector. He brings a wealth of experience in supporting individual social workers and offering them guidance about practice and professional conduct.
Since 2001 James has been the London co-ordinator for Making Research Count, an innovative national research dissemination project. Now based at the unit, MRC seeks to promote knowledge-based practice through partnerships between universities and local health and social care agencies. James has written a number of social work publications:

Stephanie is an associate (CIPD) member plus holds a BSc (Hons), MA, Dip, PTTLS

With over 20 years’ experience in events management and workforce coordination in private and third sector organisations, Stephanie Brown has developed practical methods in training and working with people to achieve not only optimal organisational performance in-line with business strategy but to provide individuals with the skills and support to raise esteem and reach their desired goals outside of the workplace.

As a learning a development practitioner, she has worked with both adults and young people alike. Coaching, mentoring, and developing training such as financial education and interpersonal skills to help improve future outcomes of individuals and families.

Carol Stewart, Director/Founder of Chinara Enterprises Ltd. She undertakes workforce development, training, coaching, mentoring, team building and event management. Chinara Enterprises Ltd was registered as a limited company in 2008.
Carol is a Social Work England registered social worker of over 25 yrs., having worked across adults and children’s services, in statutory, private, and voluntary sectors. She has associate CIPD associate membership and over 25 years’ experience in senior management positions and over 22 years’ experience as an interim workforce development consultant working with local authorities across London, South East and South West.
