Carol Stewart, Director/Founder of Chinara Enterprises Ltd. She undertakes workforce development, training, coaching, mentoring, team building and event management. Chinara Enterprises Ltd was registered as a limited company in 2008.
Carol is a Social Work England registered social worker of over 25 yrs., having worked across adults and children’s services, in statutory, private, and voluntary sectors. She has associate CIPD associate membership and over 25 years’ experience in senior management positions and over 22 years’ experience as an interim workforce development consultant working with local authorities across London, South East and South West.

Role: Co delivering induction/launch event/evaluation event.

Stephanie is an associate (CIPD) member plus holds a BSc (Hons), MA, Dip, PTTLS

With over 20 years’ experience in events management and workforce coordination in private and third sector organisations, Stephanie Brown has developed practical methods in training and working with people to achieve not only optimal organisational performance in-line with business strategy but to provide individuals with the skills and support to raise esteem and reach their desired goals outside of the workplace.

As a learning a development practitioner, she has worked with both adults and young people alike. Coaching, mentoring, and developing training such as financial education and interpersonal skills to help improve future outcomes of individuals and families.

With over 20 years of experience in the social work sector, Jennifer has held various key roles:
Jennifer’s extensive background includes practice education, facilitation, and management.

Jennifer was previous Chair of the British Association of Social Workers: with her leadership and advocacy making a significant impact.
As co-director of Social Works Limited, Jennifer collaborates with local authorities, voluntary organisations, and the Skills for Care. Their focus is on workforce development and adult protection issues.

Jennifer has extensive experience in the area of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
Jennifer specialises in working with individuals affected by dementia, understanding their unique care needs, and providing essential training for those who support them.
Jennifer is training to be a Best Interest Assessor.

• Sue has a social work background in the public sector of over thirty years and has worked predominantly as a qualified and registered social work practitioner in adult social care.
• Sue has extensive expertise in offering reflective supervision, Coaching and mentoring, Continual Professional Development (CPD) and career development
• Sue now works at a university where she is a senior lecturer teaching on social work courses and also organises student social work placements and carrying out freelance assignments.

• Sue has over 20 years’ experience of social work practice mainly in child safeguarding and has been a practice educator since 1993 and a freelance practice educator since 1999. Sue has regularly assessed students from a variety of universities, she also assesses and supervises NQSWs undertaking their ASYE.

• Sue has been employed part-time as a senior lecturer at Royal Holloway University London, in the Department of Social Work since 2001. She teaches on the MSc in social work, the Step Up to social work course and post-qualifying courses.

• Toni qualified as a social worker, with extensive experience in teaching at various universities as well as management experience in statutory and non-statutory organisations

• Toni has a master’s level qualification and accreditation as an advanced level coach mentor. She works as a freelance professional development consultant across several different local authorities providing 360 coaching and mentoring, training and assessing managers as coaches, action learning set facilitation and individual coaching and mentoring.

• Toni currently works part-time at a University teaching on their social work programme.

• Delivery of Cultural competency course

Andrea is a qualified and registered Social Worker with over 4 years of independent practice. Her extensive experience spans various roles:
Andrea has over 7 years in the voluntary sector, working closely with young carers, and over 10 years working in localauthorities, serving as a social worker, senior practitioner, and manager of a disabled children’s team.

Andrea has management experience and has successfully undertaken inter-departmental audits, supervised staff, and held the operational lead position for young carers within the statutory sector for over 6 years.

• Tosin is Social Work England registered as an experienced social worker who has over ten years post qualifying experience, she brings a wealth of frontline child and family social work experience to the team.

• Tosin has worked as a frontline social worker and has experience within several fields such as fields of Children protection, Mental health, Leaving and After care, fostering, Child sexual exploitation and Asylum seeking. Tosin is also a practice educator with experience of assessing social work students.

• Tosin has also worked for children’s charities whereby her role included advocacy, socio-educative work with the carers/parents of children who have been affected by sexual abuse.

James is an experienced qualified social worker who has vast experience in CPD and practice mentoring. James has run London Making Research Count (MRC), which is part of a Social Work research unit at Kings College London, for over 20 years and is widely respected in the London social work workforce sector. He brings a wealth of experience in supporting individual social workers and offering them guidance about practice and professional conduct.
Since 2001 James has been the London co-ordinator for Making Research Count, an innovative national research dissemination project. Now based at the unit, MRC seeks to promote knowledge-based practice through partnerships between universities and local health and social care agencies. James has written a number of social work publications:

• • Jill is Professor of Social Work at King's College London, Director of the Social Care Workforce Research Unit and NIHR Senior Investigator Emeritus.

   

  • She is involved in advisory work for the Department of Health and Social Care on several subjects and works closely with several social care employers to link research and practice.

   

  • Within King's College London, Jill supervises post-graduate and doctoral students. Jill is a Trustee of the Centre for Policy on Ageing and Patron of the Greater London Forum of Older People.

  Professor Manthorpe was made Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in March 2015.

• He has a direct and engaging style and is skilled in the design and delivery/facilitation of individual, team and group learning/ improvement interventions for use at various levels of an organisation.

• He is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development, the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a registered practitioner with the British Psychological Society.

• Safeguarding adults in person course

Jan is an Adult Social Worker of 20 years to team manager level. Jan is also a Certified Personal Performance Coach and Havening Techniques® Practitioner and Trainer, with over a decade of expertise in helping individuals address lifestyle issues and makepractical steps to address their stress and improve their wellbeing.
He is Co-author of a book called Winning Mindsets in which he writes about this approach.

• Jill is a positive and enthusiastic trainer, coach and mentor. She has worked in the health and social care sector for over 20 years, starting in early Years and most recently working with families and professionals across the continuum of need. She successfully ran a tendering process to secure a large contract to deliver work on behalf of the Local Authority.

• Her wide variety of experience helps her to work with a variety of clients and she enjoys developing the agenda and working together to meet agreed outcomes

• Manager and buddy programme

Shahilla Barok is a well-respected and highly regarded trainer with over 20 years of experience in developing people. Having previously delivered Diplomas in childcare and supporting families, parents and professionals, her work aims to improve outcomes for children and society as a whole.

Her work comprises coaching and NLP for individuals, businesses, professionals in organisations; also developing and delivering training to professionals in a number of London local authorities and to embassy staff.

• Sarah is a highly experienced leadership and development consultant as well as Coach. She has significant experience of management and leadership development, managing change programmes, team development, stress management, resilience and employee wellbeing, performance management and personal development.

• Sarah has over twenty years hands-on front-line and team management experience coupled with a clear and energetic communication style. Facilitative and engaging training style using activities and exercises to promote learning and skill building.

• Fiona is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach. She has worked independently for the last 7 years, helping individuals and organisations to develop and improve, particularly in the areas of leadership and management. Her strengths lie in getting people to recognise their strengths and areas for development and then guiding them to achieve personal and business goals.

• Fiona spent 15 years as a Police Officer, specialising in Police recruitment and training, before making learning and development, organisational development her full-time career.
