Meet The Chinara Team

Chinara Enterprises is committed to equipping you with the best knowledge and resources to better your social work skills

The learning and development programme is managed and administered by Chinara Enterprises Ltd.

We have a team made up of academics, social work practice educators and coaches that are delivering a number of areas on the programme.

Training workshops delivered by Making Research Count, part of King’s College, London.

Making Research Count (MRC) is a network comprising the social work/care departments of 10 English universities, each of which have forged partnerships with local agencies (some 60 in total) that include children’s and adults’ services, health trusts and independent sector organisations.

The delivery team from MRC include Professor Jill Manthorpe and James Blewett.

Social Work/Practice Educators

Chinara Enterprises Ltd has an extensive pool of associate experienced social workers who are facilitating the action learning sets and reflective supervision. Between them, they have over 30 years’ experience in social work practice at various levels, as well as teaching and supporting learners.

The team comprises of Toni Mitchell, Jennifer Orgill, Sue Skrobanski, Sue Conn, Andrea Goddard, Tosin Mason.

Coaching 

Chinara Enterprises Ltd has an extensive pool of associate experienced coaches and mentors, who between them have over 30 years’ experience of providing coaching and mentoring to a wide range of sectors, including social work, local government, private sector, NHS and Policing.

Carol is a Social Work England registered social worker of over 25 yrs., having worked across adults and children’s services, in statutory, private, and voluntary sectors. She has associate CIPD associate membership and over 25 years’ experience in senior management positions and over 22 years’ experience as an interim workforce development consultant working with local authorities across London, South East and South West.

As a learning a development practitioner, she has worked with both adults and young people alike. Coaching, mentoring, and developing training such as financial education and interpersonal skills to help improve future outcomes of individuals and families.

As co-director of Social Works Limited, Jennifer collaborates with local authorities, voluntary organisations, and the Skills for Care. Their focus is on workforce development and adult protection issues.

Jennifer has extensive experience in the area of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
Jennifer specialises in working with individuals affected by dementia, understanding their unique care needs, and providing essential training for those who support them.
Jennifer is training to be a Best Interest Assessor.
